Highly recommended. These guys got me back on the road. Living 2 hours away & after ringing approx 10 different mechanics. It was No problem for them to replace lower control arm nut bolt promptly. Efficient & friendly

I rang them as I had a clinking sounds comming for rear of car, upon arrival and on the phone they were more then happy to and help very very nice people highly recommend, as I’ve rang over 10 people service is great highly recommended🙂🙂

Got a few parts changed by them it was quick and well done. However, I had a problem when it came down to the indicator stalk.
There was one warning that wouldn't come off and they figure it. I think that's OK, but they charged extra for the time they took to try to fix it.
I was overcharged (and they wanted to charge me even more, but the mechanic was nice and didn't let it happen).
It was the definition of a RIPOFF.
I do not recommend it. Not so much for the work ethic (mechanics were really nice and transparent), but because of their charging policy.

I'm based in Geelong Victoria and wanted a pre-purchase vehicle inspection done on a Partrol wagon in Newcastle. I rang the team at Apex and they liaised with the dealership to get it done for me. They provided me with a comprehensive written report with photos and video, I was also able to ring and speak to the mechanic who preformed the inspection to clarify a couple of things. I was able to use their inspection to get a better price at the dealership. I recommend the Apex team highly.

Super helpful and easy to deal with!
I originally enquired through email as I needed to do it after hours and Jen got back to me so quickly the next morning! She fully understood what I was needing and got me in quickly due to the nature of what was wrong with my car.
Brodie worked on my car for me and explained everything really thoroughly when I dropped it off. I'm not great with cars so I really appreciated the time he took to do that for me. Everything was done quickly and he discovered things that I didn't even know about my 10 year old HR-V.
Overall the whole process was done quickly, easily, and smoothly. Not much more you could ask for 🙂

After road tripping through Australia with my van, we came up against an issue with our clutch. Sam and the team were very fast to see us in the same day and diagnosed the issue very quickly for me.
After an afternoon in the mechanics the issue was partially fixed but advised us how to move forward with the problem so that we could keep on the road
Ultimately a very communicative and fair team who know how to tailor to you needs quickly

These guys are top notch. Absolutely staggered at the service we got after being stranded in Newcastle 4 hours from home with what turned out to be a dead alternator. We were on a day trip to the area, they researched local parts, found me the best option and put it in promptly with a 4hr turn around and stayed back late after work till after 6pm. Friendly, great service. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had an issue with my Air conditioner diagnostic took 15 mins will contact me when the parts arrive
2nd challenge when the car was put in reverse one sensor was constantly signalling diagnosed with no fuss. Professional auto electrician a credit to the business.. I was concerned with road noise a mechanic took me for a drive and answered my concerns. I recommend Apex 💯 Percent

I called and spoke with Jake about my needs and wants. He happily discussed a range of different options for me. Including Brands, different fitment ideas etc.
Booked in and was within the range he quoted. Just completed the great Ocean road trip, tent camping and the battery install he did with fridge drawers was perfection. Looks clean and tidy where cables are. I'm so impressed by Jake's help and work, I can happily recommend him and will be back for any future work. Thanks
