What’s A Diagnostic?
When your vehicle presents with an odd issue it can feel overwhelming – not knowing what it is, how much is will cost to fix or even if driving it is safe. That’s where our diagnostic service comes in. We work off a set price discussed with you at booking, for the first half hour. We’ll run a series of tests, test drive the vehicle and inspect to discover the cause of the issue. Once we have found the cause of the problem, we’ll give you a call to explain it. As always, we’ll discuss quotes in depth with you prior to proceeding with any repairs.Â
Mechanical Repairs
Our mechanical team are legends when it comes to quickly and efficiently getting your car back on the road. Once you’ve approved your quote, we’ll order parts ASAP. We’ll work with you to find a time that suits your for your repairs. We pride ourselves on being upfront with you. If your vehicle is not safe to drive, we’ll let you know and we’ll discuss timelines to getting it back on the road with you.
Auto Electrical Repairs
As modern vehicles integrate more and more complex electrical systems, having auto electricians on site means we are readily available to diagnose and repair beyond standard mechanical repairs. We have experience in BCM and ECU issues, as well as sensors and electrical systems throughout the vehicle. During your diagnostic, we’ll determine if your issue is mechanical or electrical in nature and we’ll ensure the relevant teams are ready to assist with repairs.Â
